Day 1
Land and gather
Arrival at Keflavik after the one-stop flight from India, a 45 minute transfer, and check-in in Reykjavik. A relaxed Blue Lagoon soak to shake off the journey, then a harbourside welcome dinner and the leadership brief that sets the expedition's terms.
Day 2
The Golden Circle opens the expedition
Thingvellir's rift, the Geysir field and Gullfoss in the morning, then the first facilitated team challenge across open terrain. A geothermal-cooking workshop or a highland long-table dinner closes the day.
Day 3
Glacier day, the core challenge
The heart of the programme, a roped glacier hike and ice-cave descent on Solheimajökull, run in small facilitated teams. An afternoon debrief ties the day's communication and trust lessons back to the business, then rest at the South Coast lodge.
Day 4
South Coast drama and the aurora
Super-jeep expedition to the waterfalls, the black-sand beach at Reynisfjara, and a half-day strategy block if the agenda needs one. After dark, an aurora hunt with wake-up calls, or a lava-lit awards gala if the sky stays closed.
Day 5
Choice bands and the send-off

5-night leadership expedition + aurora awards gala
A newly merged leadership team flew from three Indian cities for a programme designed around cohesion. Two days of glacier and super-jeep challenges, each closed by a facilitated debrief, then a half-day strategy block and an aurora awards night on the South Coast. Schengen visas, airfare blocks and expedition safety cover all ran through one Tibro desk, and the group came home operating as one team.

How long does the Schengen visa take for an Indian corporate group?
Plan 15–20 working days from biometrics. For cohorts we process in managed waves against the ticketing schedule and lodge appointments early, so the full group is cleared well before departure.
Summer or winter, which season should we pick?
May to September gives the midnight sun, green highlands and long expedition days, best for a pure adventure offsite. November to March brings ice-caves and the aurora, best for a winter incentive with a reward beat built in. They are genuinely two different programmes.
How demanding are the activities, and is it safe?
Glacier hikes, ice-caving and super-jeep expeditions are moderately demanding but run by certified guides at controlled ratios with full safety cover. We match the challenge to the group's fitness and always brief a lighter parallel track for anyone who needs it.
What group size does Iceland handle well?
Iceland suits ambitious, premium cohorts of roughly 20 to 150. Expeditions run in small facilitated teams, and for a 150-strong group we split activities across staggered waves with one shared evening venue.
How do we reach Iceland from India?
There are no direct flights, so the routing is one stop via a European hub into Keflavik, about 13 to 15 hours in total, then a 45 minute transfer to Reykjavik. We block group airfares on the best connections 4 to 6 months out.
