Day 1
Land, harbour, history
Flights into Port Blair through the morning, coach to the harbour hotel, and an afternoon at leisure to shed the travel. Evening at the Cellular Jail light-and-sound show, the history block that sets the tone, then a welcome dinner overlooking the bay.
Day 2
Ferry out, dive in
Morning Makruzz ferry to Havelock and check-in. A leadership session in the sea-facing hall before lunch, then the afternoon splits by band, discover-scuba for first-timers, snorkelling for the rest. Bonfire dinner on the sand to close.
Day 3
The full-throttle island day
Beach olympics and a sea-kayak crossing through the morning, an island-hopping regatta after lunch. Evening is the gala, awards on Radhanagar Beach, an open-air DJ and a horizon of stars.
Day 4
Neil, or reef, then reset
A choice day, a Neil Island hop for slow beaches and snorkelling, or a CSR shoreline clean-up back on Havelock. Closing session with commitments for the quarter, and a final dinner under the palms.
Day 5
Ferry back, fly home
Early ferry to Port Blair timed against the afternoon flight waves, with a buffer built in for sea conditions. Staggered airport transfers, and the post-tour film follows within the week.
Day 1
Island arrival
Direct flights into Port Blair, VIP ferry to Havelock, and a beachfront welcome with sundowners on Radhanagar. A relaxed dinner on the sand with live acoustic music.
Day 2
Reef and reward
Morning discover-scuba or snorkelling on the house reef, afternoon spa or beach time by choice bands. Evening awards preview dinner on a private stretch of sand.
Day 3
The gala night
A slow morning, optional Neil Island hop or yacht charter, then the flagship evening: an open-air awards gala on Radhanagar Beach with DJ, fireworks and a horizon of stars.
Day 4
Slow close
Late breakfast, optional dive or kayak block, and a farewell beach barbecue before the ferry back to Port Blair for next-day flights.
Day 5
Departures
Staggered airport transfers from Port Blair matched to afternoon flight waves.
Why Andaman for corporate travel
Airfare into Port Blair, mainland connectivity is the single biggest line and it swings with origin city and booking lead time
Resort category and season, a Havelock five-star in December prices very differently from a mid-tier block in shoulder months
Island loop and inter-island transfers, private-boat charters versus scheduled Makruzz or government ferries
Adventure and production load, scuba certification slots, kayak fleets, gala staging and AV shipped to the islands
Group size and duration, larger cohorts strain island inventory and ferry capacity, and every extra night compounds
A bucket-list reward for top performers, PADI discover-scuba, private-boat island hops and a bonfire dinner on an empty beach. The Andamans photograph like a story the winners retell for years.
Havelock's larger resorts carry sea-facing conference halls and lawns for 60–150 delegates. Sessions run in the cool morning window and the afternoon reef belongs to the team, a leadership offsite the group never treats as a routine meeting.
Awards nights on the sand at Radhanagar, torch-lit beach dinners and DJ sets under an open Andaman sky. The celebration trades a ballroom chandelier for a horizon of stars, and no one forgets it.
The islands are built for it, sea-kayak crossings, island-hopping regattas, beach olympics and CSR shoreline clean-ups, plus a Cellular Jail history block that grounds the trip in something bigger than a leaderboard.

Format
5-day leadership expedition + awards night
Product and engineering leads flew in from three cities for a history evening at the Cellular Jail, two days of scuba, kayak and regatta challenges across Havelock, and an awards night on Radhanagar Beach. Teams that had only ever met on video calls came home a single crew, and the post-tour film opened the next all-hands.
A global SaaS firm
“No signal, no escape, no cliques left by day three. The islands did in four days what a year of offsites in city hotels never managed.”
Team Retreat, Andamans
Island retreat for national association members with bonding modules and trade-connect evenings.
FAQ
Everyone flies into Port Blair (Veer Savarkar) via Chennai, Kolkata or Delhi, so it is 2–5 hours depending on origin. From there it is an inter-island ferry, Makruzz or government, on fixed daily timings. We block flights against arrival waves and buy buffer around the ferries so the loop holds together.
From 20-person leadership teams to about 150. Beyond that, island resort inventory and ferry capacity get tight, so we cap most programmes there or split across adjacent Havelock properties with shared evening venues. The Andamans reward focused cohorts more than mega-conferences.
November to May is the reliable window, calm seas, clear diving and dependable ferries. June to September brings lower rates but rough seas that cancel ferries and dives, which is a real risk for a group programme, so we steer offsites to the dry months.
Mobile and internet on Havelock and Neil are limited and patchy, and that is often the point. We run business sessions in the resort's serviced window and treat the low-signal stretches as the feature, the reason the team actually engages with each other.
Four to six nights. Travel and ferries eat into the first and last day, so a short trip spends most of itself in transit. Build for at least two full islands, typically Port Blair plus Havelock, with Neil as the third if you have the nights.
Yes, corporate billing with GST invoices, a line-item build-up in every proposal, and milestone payment terms agreed before you announce internally.
