Day 1
Arrive in Hanoi – Hanoi Half Day City Tour
Depart India: (Flight booked on own) Upon arrival to Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport you will be welcomed by our guide holding a sign with your name on it. After you collect your luggage, will lead the way to your awaiting vehicle. The distance is about 35km far from Hanoi city centre and it’s approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour for transfer. Meet your guide and start to visit today. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex which features the life of Ho Chi Minh, the nation’s founder. Explore Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum with Ba Dinh square where all important events of the country will be taken place here, opposite Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is Vietnam Parliament House, and beside is President Palace. Next stop is Tran Quoc Pagoda - is the oldest temple in Hanoi and dates back to the 6th century during the reign of Emperor Ly Nam De Dynasty. Afterwards, visit Hoan Kiem Lake or “Returned Sword Lake” which originated from a legend of a sacred sword. Touring through the Old Quarter, famous for its ancient streets representing traditional trades from the past by walking. End the trip, back your hotel. Arrival hotel, check in and overnight in Hanoi City. (Check in hotel 14:00, early check in available upon availability with an additional charge).
Day 2
Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc Full Day
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet our guide at your hotel and transfer to Ninh Binh Province about 100 km South of Hanoi. Head for Hoa Lu to see the few vestiges of the first capital of Vietnam. Built in the 10th Century by the Dinh Dynasty not only for a capital but also as a stronghold against the Northern invaders, Hoa Lu shortly later it was inherited by the Le Dynasty. Visit the two old temples one dedicated to Dinh Tien Hoang, the only king of the Dinh Dynasty and also Vietnam’s first emperor and the other to the succeeding kings of the Le Dynasty. Afternoon, take a sampan cruise along the Hoang Long River through the scenic landscape of Tam Coc, a 350 ha area of karst mountains scattered over the lush wetland with paddy fields. This area is referred to as “an inland Ha Long bay” for its strikingly similar water-and-rock terrain features. Pass through three big caves which feature the area’s name (Tam Coc means three caves in Vietnamese) and which represent a host of local rocky caves and grottoes. End the trip, transfer back your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 3
Hanoi Departure – Da Nang – Da Nang Half Day – Golden Bridge Fire Show
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time and relaxing until private transfer pick up at hotel and transfer to airport. Take flight to next destination. Simply pack your bag for flight to Da Nang City - The best city to live in Vietnam, our guide will be waiting here for you holding a welcome board and take you transfer to hotel in Da Nang city - the fourth largest city in Vietnam, the gateway to the central provinces and a seaport with nice beaches and resort. Arrival hotel, check in and relax . (Check in hotel 14:00, early check-in available upon availability with an additional charge). Afterwards proceed to discover the Marble Mountains and stop for a walk along the site to see local factories of stone sculptures - the most impressive handicrafts village in Da Nang. Check in the Marble Mountains by climbing up to the top (elevator is optional). Then visit to the Han Market and browse the stalls of this sprawling compound, seeing fresh produce and dried goods unique to the area. This is also a great place to get a glimpse of local life, watching the shoppers and vendors as they negotiate deals. Transfer to Golden Bridge- the iconic bridge of Da Nang to watch beautiful Fire & Water Show. Overnight stay at your hotel in Da Nang.
Day 4
Da Nang – Ba Na Hill Full Day
Breakfast at the hotel. Our guide will come to pick you up from your hotel and then make our way to the breathtaking Ba Na Hills. Start your day by checking in at the Suoi Mo Cable Car Station, where you'll board a cable car and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains as you make your way to Marseille Station. Once you arrive at Marseille Station, you'll have the opportunity to visit the famous Golden Bridge. This stunning pedestrian bridge is held up by two giant stone hands and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and forests. Head to Jardin D’Amour, a beautiful garden filled with colourful flowers, fountains, and sculptures. Take a leisurely stroll through the garden and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.Next, you'll visit the Linh Ung Pagoda, a Buddhist temple known for its impressive statue of the Goddess of Mercy. Spend your afternoon at Fantasy Park, an amusement park with more 150 rides, games, and attractions. Whether you're a thrill-seeker or prefer something more relaxed, there’ll be exciting activities for your family at Fantasy Return to the Cable Car Station and the Gateway, and our guide will transfer you back to the hotel Overnight stay at your hotel in Da Nang.
Day 5
Cam Thanh Coconut Village – Hoi An Ancient Town – Lantern Boat Ride
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet our guide at hotel lobby, start your adventure with Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle and spend your time enjoying the peaceful, green space of Coconut Forest and hands-on experience of round net and cast net fishing, especially enjoying basket boat rowing. Next, transfer to Hoi An for a walking tour to discover the charm of Hoi An as a renowned World Heritage Site. Besides visiting must-see highlights of the Old Town such as the town’s iconic 400-year-old Covered Bridge, the Museum of Trade Ceramics, the 200-year-old Tan Ky House, our knowledgeable guide will take you through lesser-known paths, crisscross though the maze of shortcuts, narrow passages and back alleys that are less travelled for a more engaging and personal experience. End the trip with a lantern boat ride on Hoai river, visitors will enjoy the beauty of Hoi An at night from a more special point, watch the world and of course, have lots of impressive pictures. Day 6
Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh – Ho Chi Minh Half Day City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel and proceed to Da Nang International Airport and take internal flight to Ho Chi Minh. Check in and take a rest. (Check in time standard 14:00, early check in upon availability with an additional surcharge) Meet our tour guide at your hotel lobby and take a half day city tour. First, discover the very popular War Remnants Museum, the one that gathers a comprehensive collection of the machinery, weapons, photographs and documentation of the Vietnam wars. See displays of old military equipment and other related objects as well as larger exhibits including an F5A fighter and a UH1-Huey helicopter. Next, the century-old Reunification Palace, witness of the historic events of old Saigon and famous for its architectural characteristics. It witnessed the growth of Ho Chi Minh City during peacetime and throughout the Vietnam War until its end in 1975. After that, we will visit Ben Thanh Market, a lively market in District 1, a bustling destination that's popular with tourists due to its central location. You can browse its wide selection of goods before your tour ends with transportation back to your hotel or drop-off at another central location, if you wish. Day 7
Mekong Delta – My Tho Full Day
Breakfast at the hotel. Head to My Tho, the homeland of coconut and family factories with local products like coconut candy, rice paper,... Upon arrival, embark on the boat cruising on the mighty Mekong River viewing the life to the local people live along the banks. We stop to visit an island in the area, enjoy the fresh tropical fruits served in the heart of the lush garden accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music. Later, embark on other small boats rowed by the local people thru the small canals shadowed by water coconut trees to visit the local factories. There you will taste the honey tea and see the local people produce the coconut candy milk and of course you also can try it or stroll in the garden where the locals feed honeybee. In the afternoon, continue to visit Vinh Trang pagoda, a famous pogoda in the area with architecture combination of Chinese, Cambodian, and French cultures. Overnight stay at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 8
Cu Chi Tunnels Half Day – Ho Chi Minh Departure
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet our guide at your hotel and transfer about 75 km Northwest of downtown Ho Chi Minh City to visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which were once a major underground hideout and resistance base of Viet Cong forces during the two wars against the French and the Americans. The tunnels, entirely hand-dug, formed a highly intricate network of interlinked multilevel passageways at times stretched as far as the Cambodian border and totaling over 120 km in length. Its complexity was beyond imagination containing meeting rooms, kitchens, wells, clinics, schools, depots, trenches and emergency exits all aimed for guerrilla warfare. The tunnels were deep and strong enough to withstand destructive bombings and self-contained enough to outlast prolonged sieges. End the trip, drop off at your hotel. Free time and take a rest until driver pick up and transfer you to airport with memories that will last forever. ***END OF TOUR***

The north-south climate split
Vietnam is long enough that the weather rarely agrees with itself. When Hanoi is cold and drizzling in January, Saigon is dry and 32 degrees, and Da Nang in the middle does its own thing. Pack for two countries and don't trust a single national forecast.

The motorbikes don't stop, so you don't wait for a gap. You step off the kerb and walk at a slow, steady pace without flinching, and the scooters flow around you. Hesitating mid-stream is what gets people clipped. Commit and keep moving; the locals will tell you the same.

The day-trippers from Hanoi see Halong Bay between eleven and three. The worst light and the biggest crowds. The overnight junks pull into quiet anchorages after the fleet leaves, and you get the karsts at dawn with the kayaks to yourself. Always take the overnight when the itinerary offers it.

When to Go
Vietnam's length makes one rule impossible, but the broad window is October to April, when the country is at its driest and coolest. The southern beaches. Phu Quoc, Saigon. Hold dry through April; the centre around Da Nang and Hoi An floods September to November; the north, Hanoi and Sapa, is cold and misty December to February but clear. June to August is the hot, wet monsoon in the south and centre.
