Day 01
ARRIVAL IN UDAIPUR, EVENING SUNSET BOAT RIDE & VISIT TO DHAROHAR CULTURAL SHOW
- Arrival at Udaipur Airport and be welcomed by our representative who will guide you to the vehicle for transfer to the hotel where upon reaching check in at your hotel. In the evening take a mesmerizing sunset boat tour over the picturesque Lake Pichola to admire the royal buildings around the Lake and enjoy the scenic sunset view. From the lake, you have a wonderful view of the illuminated City Palace stretching along the east bank, while the south bank has pleasant gardens running down to the waterside. Later proceed for Dharohar; a cultural show that takes place every evening at Bagore ki haveli/Aranya Vilas. Later return back to the hotel, Dinner, and overnight stay at Udaipur.
Day 02
FULL DAY CITY TOUR OF UDAIPUR
- Start the day with a relaxed Breakfast. Later we proceed for a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. The guide will report and meet you in the Hotel Lobby. The first half of the tour comprises of a visit to City Palace, Jagdish Temple, and Bagore ki Haveli. Post lunch continue the second half of sightseeing where we visit Shilpgram & Monsoon Palace (Sajjangarh), followed by a walking tour of vibrant street markets of old Udaipur where you can go for some souvenir shopping. Famous market areas of Udaipur are Bada Bazaar, Hathi Pol Bazaar, Bapu Bazaar and Chetak Circle. You can either prefer walking or can hire a Tuk Tuk (Auto Rickshaw) as lanes are narrow and cars are not allowed to enter most of these street markets. By evening back to hotel for dinner & Overnight stay.
Day 03
FULL DAY EXCURSION TO KUMBHALGARH (186 KM / 4 HRS) ENROUTE VISIT TO EKLINGJI & NATHDWARA
- After breakfast, depart for day trip to Kumbhalgarh. Enroute visit Eklingji & Nathdwara. Eklingji is a Hindu temple complex is situated in Kailashpuri village, near the former capital of Mewar, i.e., Nagda. Eklingji is believed to be the ruling god of Mewar Princely State and the Maharana rules as his Dewan. Nathdwara is famous for Shrinathji Temple, which is dedicated to Shrinathji, an avatar of Lord Krishna. Every year, numerous worshippers throng here on the occasions of Janmashtami, Holi, and Diwali. Later continue to Kumbhalgarh, where after reaching proceed for a visit to Kumbhalgarh Fort, A fort from which the town gets its name, set amidst scenic Aravalli mountains. Founded by Rana Kumbha, Kumbhalgarh Fort was the birthplace of Mewar’s legendary king, Maharana Pratap, also famous for being encapsulated by the world’s second-longest wall. By late afternoon proceed back to Udaipur. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04
DEPARTURE DROP TO UDAIPUR AIRPORT
- After relaxed breakfast, depart for Udaipur airport for flight back home.
