Day 1
Tokyo - Narita Airport Arrival Private Transfer
Welcome to Japan! Upon your arrival at Narita or Haneda International Airport, a dedicated driver would be ready to greet you. You would enjoy a stress-free, private transfer directly to your hotel in Tokyo. This private, one-way service ensures a comfortable start to your Tokyo journey. Day 2
Full Day Tokyo Sightseeing Tour
Enjoy a full day of sightseeing covering Tokyo’s iconic landmarks, starting with an outside view of the Imperial Palace, followed by a visit to Asakusa Temple and a stroll through the lively Nakamise Shopping Street. Continue with a photo stop at Tokyo Skytree, and capture memorable views of the Statue of Liberty and Rainbow Bridge. Experience a relaxing Sumida River cruise from Odaiba to Hinode Pier, with entrance included, and conclude the day with an immersive visit to the 3D TeamLab Toyosu. After sightseeing, you will be transferred back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Tokyo Hotel.
Day 3
Full Day Mt Fuji & Hakone Tour
Begin the day with a visit to Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station, weather permitting, offering scenic views of Japan’s most iconic peak. Later, proceed to Hakone for a memorable sightseeing experience, including a ride on the Hakone Ropeway from Owakudani Valley to Togendai, with entrance included. Enjoy a relaxing cruise on Lake Ashi from Togendai to Hakone Machi, also included, before concluding the day with a return transfer to your hotel in Tokyo. Overnight stay at Tokyo Hotel.
Day 4
Tokyo to Osaka By Bullet Train
After checkout, transfer to Tokyo Station to board the standard class bullet train to Shin-Osaka in a reserved seat, without a guide. Upon arrival at Shin-Osaka Station, you will be met and greeted by our driver and proceed for an Osaka sightseeing tour. Visit key attractions including Osaka Castle, Osaka Aquarium, and the Umeda Sky Building, with entrance fees included. After sightseeing, transfer to the hotel for check-in. Once check-in is completed, the rest of the day will be free for you to enjoy at leisure. Overnight stay at Osaka Hotel.
Day 5
Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka
Enjoy a full-day private sightseeing tour of Kyoto, conducted without a guide, allowing you to explore the city at a comfortable and flexible pace. Begin with a visit to the picturesque Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, where towering bamboo groves create a serene and memorable atmosphere. Continue to the iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine, renowned for its thousands of vibrant torii gates winding up the forested hillside. Later, visit the magnificent Kinkakuji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion, with entrance included, and admire its striking gold-leaf exterior reflected beautifully in the surrounding gardens. Proceed to the historic Kiyomizudera Temple, with entrance included, offering panoramic views of Kyoto and a glimpse into the city’s rich cultural heritage. After completing the sightseeing, return to your hotel in Osaka. Upon arrival, the rest of the day will be free for you to relax or enjoy personal activities at leisure. After a day filled with cultural highlights, return to Osaka for an overnight stay.
Day 6
Full Day Nara & Osaka Tour
Enjoy a full-day private sightseeing tour of Nara and Osaka without a guide, offering a relaxed and personalized experience. Begin with a visit to the iconic Todaiji Temple and the adjoining Nara Deer Park, with entrance included, where you can see the famous Great Buddha and interact with the friendly deer. Enjoy free time to explore the charming Nara Machi district, known for its traditional streets and local shops. In the afternoon, return to Osaka and spend time shopping at the lively Shinsaibashi area. After shopping, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Overnight stay at Osaka Hotel.

Things to Look Out For
The Japan Rail Pass maths
If your trip runs Tokyo–Kyoto–Osaka and back, a 7-day JR Pass usually pays for itself in two bullet-train legs. But it must be bought before you land, and it doesn't cover the fastest Nozomi shinkansen. Reserve seats at the station the morning you travel; the green-car upgrade is worth it on the longer runs.
Carry cash, and coins
Japan still runs on cash far more than its reputation suggests. Temples, small restaurants, and the vending machines that line every street want yen, not cards. The 7-Eleven ATMs take foreign cards reliably when bank ones won't. Keep a coin purse; the 500-yen coin is worth more than most notes back home.

Shoes come off at the threshold of homes, temples, and many restaurants. Wear socks without holes. Trains are near-silent; phone calls draw stares. And the one place to be loud is over a bowl of ramen, where slurping is not rude but expected. It cools the noodles and tells the cook you mean it.

When to Go
Japan rewards the shoulder seasons. Late March to May brings the cherry blossom moving north. Kyoto and Tokyo peak around the first week of April. Followed by warm, clear weeks into May. October and November turn the maples of Kyoto and Nikko deep red, the country's other great colour season. July and August are hot and humid, with a rainy spell in June and typhoons possible into September; the deep winter is cold and clear, fine for the ski country but quiet in the cities.
