Blue-tiled Silk-Road domes and minarets under a clear sky

Corporate conferences in Tashkent the newest stage on the map.

A short flight east to Uzbekistan, where Soviet-scale halls, Silk-Road courtyards and five-star inventory at value rates make Tashkent the freshest, most photogenic conference city Indian planners haven't used to death.

    Why Tashkent for corporate travel

Why corporate programmes keep choosing Tashkent.

    01

The novelty that sells the meeting

Every dealer has been to Dubai. Almost none have been to Samarkand and Tashkent. The Silk-Road novelty gives a conference or dealer meet a genuine pull, the qualification message writes itself when the reward is somewhere new.

    02

    Big-venue capacity at value rates

Tashkent inherited grand Soviet-era halls and has added modern congress and hotel inventory, so a 500-to-1,000-delegate meet is comfortable, at a per-person cost well below Europe or the Gulf.

    03

    Short-haul and easy on entry

Three to four hours from Delhi, e-visa simple, and a warming India–Uzbekistan corridor with growing direct connectivity, the exotic feel of Central Asia without the long-haul cost or visa grind.

Tashkent dealer conference with a Samarkand reward day

A 400-dealer conference in Tashkent with a high-speed-train reward day to Samarkand. Tibro handled e-visas, the congress-hall build and the madrasah-courtyard gala; the novelty of Central Asia lifted qualification numbers on the next contest.

    A consumer-durables company

Our dealers had done Dubai three times. Samarkand's Registan at sunset was the first reward that actually surprised them.

    FAQ

    Planning Tashkent, answered.

How does the Uzbekistan visa work for a group?

Indian passport holders use an e-visa that processes in a few working days. Tibro submits cohorts in managed waves against the ticketing schedule.

Can Tashkent handle a 1,000-delegate meet?

Yes, the city's grand congress halls and modern hotel ballrooms comfortably run meets from 100 to 1,000, which is rare at this price point in Asia.

Is the Samarkand day trip realistic in one programme?

Yes. The high-speed Afrosiyob train reaches Samarkand in about two hours, so a same-day reward visit to the Registan is a comfortable and popular inclusion.

Is food easy for Indian and vegetarian groups?

Yes, with notice. Hotels and gala caterers arrange Indian, Jain and vegetarian menus; Uzbek cuisine also offers plenty of vegetable and bread-based options. Brief us at proposal stage.

When is the best time to go?

April–June and September–October are mild and ideal. Winter is cold but the cheapest, and indoor congress formats run year-round.

    Do we get GST-compliant billing?

Yes, corporate billing with GST invoices, a line-item build-up in every proposal, and milestone payment terms agreed before you announce internally.
