Day 1
Arrive, settle, ground
Morning flights into Dehradun, transfers to the riverside resort, and a welcome lunch on the lawns. Afternoon opening block with a leadership address and breakouts above the water. Evening at Triveni Ghat for the Ganga aarti, dinner back at the resort.
Day 2
River in the morning, mind in the afternoon
Sunrise yoga and pranayama on the riverbank, then a whitewater rafting run through the upstream rapids. Afternoon reflection circles and a facilitated strategy session on the sand. Evening riverfront dinner under the foothills.

Is Rishikesh only for wellness offsites, or can leadership teams really work there?
Both, and that is the point. Riverside resorts run proper conference and breakout blocks with full AV, and the wellness and adventure layers of yoga, rafting and reflection circles are what make the decision-making land differently. It is a working leadership retreat, not a spa holiday.
How do teams get there?
Fly into Dehradun's Jolly Grant airport, direct from Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, then a 45-minute drive to the upstream resorts. Delhi-based teams often drive up in 5–6 hours. We sequence transfers against arrival waves so the group assembles at the welcome lunch.
When is the best time to go?
September to April is peak: clear skies, cool mornings, and the rafting season open. Rafting runs from September into June. The monsoon (July–August) closes the river and is best avoided; May and June are hotter but carry lower rates and suit early-morning and evening formats.
What group sizes work well?
From 15-person leadership huddles to around 120 on a single riverside property. Rishikesh is deliberately a mid-size destination; it suits senior cohorts and single-team offsites rather than thousand-delegate conferences.
Is the rafting safe for a corporate group with mixed fitness?
Yes. We use licensed operators, certified guides and grade-appropriate stretches, with full safety briefings and a non-rafting riverside track for anyone who opts out. Nobody is forced onto the water, and the crews are sized for confidence.
Do we get GST-compliant billing?
Yes, corporate billing with GST invoices, a line-item build-up in every proposal, and milestone payment terms agreed before you announce internally.
