Day 1
The palace is yours
Private arrivals through the day, the property exclusively the company's from noon. Evening welcome on the lake terrace, the chairman's toast with no strangers in the room.
Day 2
Heritage at private pace
City Palace and old-city circuits in small private groups, curators not guides. Afternoon at leisure across the property. Dinner on the lake, a boat convoy to a candlelit island court.
Day 3
The business of the milestone
A single unhurried boardroom morning, the next-decade conversation. Afternoon polo, spa, or the tailor's trunk show. Evening: the gala under the stars, performances, and the citations that matter.
Day 4
Nothing scheduled, everything available

What does 'exclusive use' actually mean?
The property closes to other guests for your dates, rooms, restaurants, grounds, staff. For palace and island properties this is a named clause in the venue contract, not an informal assurance.
How far ahead do buyouts need to be secured?
Four to eight months for marquee properties, longer for peak season (October–March in Rajasthan, summer in the Mediterranean). The venue hold is the critical path; everything else follows.
How is confidentiality handled for board-level groups?
NDAs across Tibro staff and venue teams, no third-party photography without approval, guest lists held on a need-to-know basis, and security coordination where profiles require it.
What's the smallest group this works for?
