Mehrangarh Fort rising above the blue houses of Jodhpur's old city

Corporate MICE in Jodhpur the Blue City that turns a conference into a coronation.

A fort that dwarfs every stage you could build, palace hotels that seat a plenary and a gala under the same roof, and a Rajasthani folk night on the desert edge, a domestic MICE base that photographs like a state visit at an Indian land cost.

    Day 3

Morning at Mehrangarh Fort and the blue-city lanes or a fort zip-line bracket, afternoon at leisure, and a signature Rajasthani folk cultural evening on the desert edge, fire, folk dance and open-air dining.

    Day 4

    The send-off

Slow breakfast, optional Jaswant Thada or market-shopping stop, then staggered transfers matched to India flight banks.

    Why Jodhpur for corporate travel

Why corporate programmes keep choosing Jodhpur.

    01

A backdrop no production budget can buy

Mehrangarh Fort towers 400 feet over the Blue City, and the palace hotels below it put a plenary hall, breakout rooms and a gala lawn inside one heritage envelope. The venue does the wow so the AV budget doesn't have to.

    02

Sightseeing and activity that fill an agenda

Fort, palace, market walks, zip-lines over the ramparts and desert-edge excursions sit within minutes of the hotel blocks, a strong roster of off-session content that keeps a three-day programme moving without long transfers.

    03

Connected and easy on the ground

Direct flights land from Delhi and Mumbai in under two hours, the rail link is strong, and Indian menus, Jain kitchens and Hindi-English staffing are the default, none of the visa, currency or catering friction of an overseas MICE base.

    • 03

Group size and rooming mix across heritage and convention blocks

    • 04

Gala production, folk cultural evening, entertainment and fort-facing staging

    • 05

Palace conference with a desert cultural finale

A sales-qualifier programme at a Jodhpur palace hotel, plenary and breakouts by day, a fort-facing gala on night two, and a desert-edge folk cultural evening to close. Tibro handled domestic flight blocks, Jain and Indian catering and the cultural production; the fort-lit gala photos carried the internal announcement for next year's contest.

We'd done three years of hotel ballrooms. The fort-lit gala at Jodhpur is the first offsite our winners actually posted about themselves.

    FAQ

    Planning Jodhpur, answered.

Why choose Jodhpur over Jaipur or Udaipur for MICE?

Jodhpur pairs a single overwhelming backdrop, Mehrangarh Fort, with palace hotels that hold both a plenary and a gala under one roof, plus a genuine desert-edge cultural night. It reads more dramatic than Jaipur and is easier on convention capacity than Udaipur's lake palaces.

    What trip length works best?

Three nights is the standard, a conference base, a fort culture day and a desert cultural night. Four nights lets you add Jaisalmer's dunes or an Udaipur lake finale onto the same circuit.

Can you handle Indian and Jain food for the group?

Yes, pure-veg, Jain and regional Indian menus are the default across palace and convention hotels and at the desert cultural evening. It is briefed at proposal stage and handled without a surcharge conversation on-site.

    When should we avoid Jodhpur?

Mid-May to mid-July brings extreme desert heat that makes outdoor sessions hard, and the deep monsoon can disrupt open-air galas. March–May and August–September are the reliable windows for the full outdoor-and-indoor programme.

How is connectivity for a national group?

Direct flights land from Delhi and Mumbai in under two hours, with strong rail links and easy road connections to Udaipur, Jaipur and Jaisalmer. We lock domestic group blocks against your dates in the proposal.

    Do we get GST-compliant billing?

Yes, corporate billing with GST invoices, a line-item build-up in every proposal, and milestone payment terms agreed before you announce internally.
