    Why Cambodia for corporate travel

Why corporate programmes keep choosing Cambodia.

    01

    A destination with a story

An Angkor Wat sunrise does something a resort pool cannot, it gives a team a shared moment of genuine awe. Cambodia trades the interchangeable beach offsite for a trip people describe to colleagues for months.

    02

    Boutique scale, high intimacy

Siem Reap is a town of characterful heritage hotels, not convention machines, which keeps a 15-to-150 cohort together and off-grid. The scale suits leadership offsites and reward groups that want closeness over crowds.

    03

    Value with meaning

Short-haul from India, e-visa simple, and priced below the marquee Asian cities, Cambodia delivers cultural depth and a purpose-led dimension (community and heritage) at a budget finance signs off without a second look.

Siem Reap leadership offsite with a CSR build

A leadership offsite anchored on an Angkor sunrise and a community CSR build. Tibro handled e-visas, heritage-hotel buyout and the temple-adjacent gala; the leadership team rated it their most memorable offsite in years.

    A pharmaceutical company

We had done Bali and Bangkok twice each. The Angkor sunrise was the first offsite moment nobody was on their phone.

    FAQ

    Planning Cambodia, answered.

How does the Cambodia visa work for a group?

Indian passport holders use an e-visa that processes in a few working days. Tibro submits cohorts in managed waves against the ticketing schedule.

    What trip length works best?

Three nights in Siem Reap is the standard, enough for the temples, a business block and a gala. Add a fourth night for a Phnom Penh capital leg.

Is Cambodia easy for Indian and vegetarian groups?

Yes. Hotels and gala caterers arrange Indian, Jain and vegetarian menus with notice; Khmer cuisine itself is vegetable-friendly. Brief us at proposal stage.

    When should we avoid Cambodia?

The wettest months are September–October. November–March is the reliable dry window; sunrise temple visits work year-round with an early start.

Why choose Cambodia over a beach destination?

For teams that have done the beaches, Cambodia offers a shared sense of awe and a purpose-led CSR dimension at a similar short-haul cost, a more memorable offsite for the same budget.

    Do we get GST-compliant billing?

Yes, corporate billing with GST invoices, a line-item build-up in every proposal, and milestone payment terms agreed before you announce internally.
