One way the days come together.

    4 nights, Bali

    Day 1

    Land and unwind

Arrivals into Denpasar in staggered waves, branded transfers and check-in at Nusa Dua or Jimbaran. Evening welcome dinner on the beach with a gamelan reception and the leadership toast that frames the trip.

    Day 2

    Culture and the highlands

Up to Ubud for rice-terrace mornings, a Balinese cooking or silver-craft workshop and a temple-and-waterfall trail, closing with a lantern-lit dinner among the paddies.

    Day 3

    Day 4

A spa-and-wellness morning, a catamaran sunset charter, a beach-club afternoon or a CSR shoreline clean-up, tracks by preference, sunset drinks together to close.

    Day 5

    The send-off

Late breakfast, staggered transfers matched to flight waves, and the photo-and-film edit in your inbox within the week.

    Why Bali for corporate travel

Why corporate programmes keep choosing Bali.

    01

The reward that reads as wellness

Jungle spas at Ubud, cliff-edge infinity pools at Uluwatu and villa estates with private butlers give an incentive the one thing a bonus cannot: recovery. Winners come home rested, not just photographed, and that is the story the next contest sells itself on.

    02

    Resort inventory built for groups

Nusa Dua is a purpose-built resort enclave with the island's largest ballrooms and the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre next door, while Jimbaran, Ubud and Uluwatu carry deep five-star and private-villa stock for 30 to 400 travellers under polished MICE operations.

    03

    Every day changes register

A rice-paddy team challenge at 9am, a cooking or silver-craft workshop after lunch, a catamaran at sunset and a cliffside Kecak-dance gala to close: few destinations move a group through nature, culture and celebration inside a single day the way Bali does.

What shapes the investment in Bali.

    • 01

Hotel category and zone, an Ubud villa estate prices differently from a Nusa Dua convention resort

    • 02

Group size and rooming mix, including private-villa versus resort-room blends

    • 03

Duration, the 4 vs 5-night decision is the biggest single lever

    • 04

Production load, cliffside gala staging, AV, cultural performers and catamaran charters

    • 05

Airfare routing and timing, group blocks and one-stop routings locked 4–6 months out price meaningfully better

    Four programme formats, one Bali.

Qualifiers flew from six Indian cities in two arrival waves. The programme paired an Ubud wellness-and-craft day with a half-day business block, closing on a Kecak fire-dance gala at Uluwatu that became the campaign image for the next contest. Visa pre-clearance, airfare blocks and rooming ran through one Tibro desk.

    FAQ

    Planning Bali, answered.

How does the Indonesia visa work for an Indian corporate group?

Indian passport holders get a visa-on-arrival or e-VOA, issued online in minutes or on landing at Denpasar. For cohorts we pre-clear the e-VOA before departure against the ticketing schedule, so a late qualifier can still make the trip.

    What trip length works best?

Four nights is the Bali standard, culture day, business block, cliffside gala and a choice day. Add a fifth night for larger cohorts or a dedicated Ubud wellness block.

    When should we avoid Bali?

No month is off-limits, April to October is the dry season for open-air galas, while November to March brings green-season rates and short tropical showers, with programmes built around villa, spa and indoor formats.

Can Bali handle a large conference, not just an incentive?

Yes, Nusa Dua resort ballrooms and the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre run congresses and dealer meets from a few hundred to several thousand delegates, with resort room blocks minutes away.

How long is the flight from India?

Roughly 7–9 hours to Denpasar, usually with one stop via a Southeast Asian hub. We route group blocks for the cleanest connections and staggered arrival waves.

How does budgeting compare with a domestic offsite?

Bali sits in the mid-haul international band, above Goa or Jaipur, comparable to or below Dubai depending on airfare. Hotel zone and villa mix are the levers; the proposal shows the trade-offs line by line.
