Established in 1924, the trade fair is held once in two years in Cologne, Germany. Today Anuga is the largest food and beverage exhibition on a global scale. As a matter of fact, it is one of the most colossal trade fairs in general, big enough to occupy the entire Messe Cologne (the fifth largest exhibition Centre in the world). Over 7000 companies from 109 countries choose Anuga to exhibit their products and services, covering the entire spectrum of F&B related technology and equipment, foods and beverages. The best chefs, brands and international speakers join the many discussions, conferences, competitions and other special shows held during Anuga. Nearly 160,000 trade visitors from 192 countries come to Cologne so they can experience the 5-day fair. The Anuga platform incorporates 10 thematic events under one roof: Bread & Bakery, Chilled & Fresh Food, Culinary Concepts, Dairy, Drinks, Fine Food, Frozen Food, Hot Beverages (new!), Meat and Organic. All possible branches of the supply chain and technological innovations are on display during the show.
