Day 1
Arrive Zurich – Interlaken
Arrive Switzerland, the heart of Europe. After your arrival – clear immigration and proceed to hotel using your Swiss pass by taking train to Interlaken Check-In at the hotel in Interlaken. The day is free to explore to explore the town on your own. Overnight stay at your hotel in Interlaken. Interlaken is a traditional resort town in the mountainous Bernese Oberland region of central Switzerland. Built on a narrow stretch of valley, between the emerald-colored waters of Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, it has old timber houses and parkland on either side of the Aare River. Its surrounding mountains, with dense forests, alpine meadows and glaciers, has numerous hiking and skiing trails.
Day 2
Interlaken – Mt. Jungfraujoch
After a hearty buffet breakfast at the hotel. Begin your journey with a scenic drive to the Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald station, where you will board the world-famous cogwheel train – an engineering marvel that climbs up the steep slopes of the Swiss Alps. Enjoy panoramic views of snow-capped peaks, lush green valleys, and charming Swiss villages as the train winds its way up to an altitude of 3,454 meters (11,332 feet), arriving at the highest railway station in Europe – Jungfraujoch. Upon arrival, step into a magical winter wonderland surrounded by eternal snow and ice. Your visit includes: A tour of the Ice Palace, where beautifully crafted ice sculptures line the frosty tunnels deep inside the glacier. Breathtaking views from the Sphinx Observation Deck, offering 360-degree vistas of the Aletsch Glacier (the longest glacier in the Alps) and the surrounding Bernese Alps. Feel free to enjoy the restaurants, souvenir shops, or simply soak in the surreal alpine atmosphere at your leisure. Overnight stay at your hotel in Interlaken.
Day 3
Interlaken – Free Day
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you have the entire day free to spend as you wish. You can relax in Interlaken or explore nearby places on your own. One of the best options for today is to visit Lauterbrunnen, a peaceful and scenic village located just 20 minutes from Interlaken by train or car. Surrounded by high cliffs and green valleys, Lauterbrunnen is famous for its 72 waterfalls. You can also stroll through the charming village, enjoy a coffee at a local café, or take beautiful photos of the surrounding alpine scenery. Overnight stay at your hotel in Interlaken.
Day 4
Interlaken - Lucerne
Enjoy buffet breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel and proceed to take direct train to Lucerne using your Swiss Pass. Check-In at the hotel in Lucerne. Relax for the day. Overnight stay at your hotel in Lucerne. Lucerne, a compact city in Switzerland known for its preserved medieval architecture, sits amid snowcapped mountains on Lake Lucerne. Its colorful Altstadt (Old Town) is bordered on the north by 870m Museggmauer (Musegg Wall), a 14-century rampart. The covered Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge), built in 1333, links the Aldstadt to the Reuss River's right bank.
Day 5
Lucerne - Mt. Titlis
Enjoy buffet breakfast at the hotel. We will take you on one of the most memorable experiences of your Europe tour – visiting Mt. Titlis and Lucerne. Adventure awaits you in a sensational cable-car ride up to Mt. Titlis. Marvel at the world’s first revolving cable-car ride, a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. Remain spellbound as you ascend the snow-clad mountains. Experience the snow and ice on top of Mt. Titlis, also a chance to ride, ‘Ice Flyer’. At 3,020 meters a breathtaking panorama unfolds. Next, we proceed to scenic Lucerne, where you will have an opportunity to visit the Lion Monument and the Kapell Brucke (wooden bridge). You will have some free time to shop for some famous Swiss watches, knives and chocolates. Overnight stay at your hotel in Lucerne.
Day 6
Lucerne - Zurich
After enjoying scrumptious at the hotel. Check out from the hotel in Lucerne. Take any train using your Swiss pass and reach Zurich. Check-in at your hotel in Zurich. Overnight stay at your hotel in Zurich. The city of Zurich, a global center for banking and finance, lies at the north end of Lake Zurich in northern Switzerland. The picturesque lanes of the central Altstadt (Old Town), on either side of the Limmat River, reflect its pre-medieval history.
Day 7
Lindt Chocolate Factory
After enjoying scrumptious breakfast at the hotel. visit the famous Lindt Home of Chocolate, where you can learn about the history of Swiss chocolate, witness the chocolate-making process, and indulge in some delicious samples. Conclude the day with a visit to the iconic Rhine Falls, Europe’s largest waterfall. Marvel at the sheer power and beauty of the cascading waters, and capture unforgettable moments at this natural wonder before returning to your hotel. Overnight stay at your hotel in Zurich.
Day 8
Zurich - Home
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Later, check-out of your hotel and transfer on your own to the station to board your train to Zurich Airport. Proceed for your onward destination or back to India with memories which will last a life time. *** END OF TOUR ***

Buy it. The 8-day pass covers every train, boat, and most cable cars on this itinerary. Jungfraujoch and Titlis are the only big paid extras. Without it, individual tickets add up to roughly twice what the pass costs, and the convenience of skipping every ticket window is worth it on its own.

Jungfraujoch at 11,000 ft is brilliant in sun and a white-out in cloud. Same day, different hour. Move the high-altitude excursions to whichever morning the forecast looks clearest; everything else (Lucerne, Interlaken, Zurich old towns) reads fine in any weather. Check meteoblue the night before, not the week before.
Fondue is for cold months; raclette is for any month
A cheese-fondue dinner in June feels like overdressing. Order raclette instead. Same Alpine cheese tradition, melted off a half-wheel against new potatoes and pickles, eaten in any temperature. Plan Your Timing
When to Go
Switzerland runs on three windows. May through September is the Alpine summer. Every cable car running, every trail open, the lakes at their bluest. December through March is the ski season; the same villages are unrecognisable under snow. The shoulders (April, October–November) are either muddy or shut. The 9-night itinerary works best mid-summer.
Avoid late April / early May (Alpine pastures still closed) and November (lake fog, museums on reduced hours). Mid-June through mid-September is the prime window.
