Arrive Barcelona
Welcome to the Land of Spain. Upon arrival, get private transferred and proceed to hotel & get checked-in. Relax for the evening or visit the city on your own. Overnight stay at hotel in Barcelona.
Day 2
Sagrada Familia & MontjuïC Mountain
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for Barcelona City Tour. Visit Sagrada Familia which is a building that Gaudí masterfully designed and, despite not being finished, UNESCO made it a World Heritage Site in 1984 because of its unique architecture and how Gaudí created something so artistic and innovative. Visit Montjuïc Mountain through cable car, The cable car runs from a lower terminus adjacent to the Montjuïc Park upper station of the Montjuïc funicular, and climbs higher up the Montjuïc hill to a terminal near the Montjuïc Castle on the summit of the hill. Day 3
Full Day at Port Aventura Theme Park
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day excursion to Port Aventura Theme Park. Spend the day experiencing a wide variety of thrilling rides, spectacular shows, and themed attractions that promise fun and excitement for all ages. As part of this adventure, step into the high-energy world of Ferrari Land, where you can discover the speed and innovation of Ferrari through record-breaking roller coasters, adrenaline-pumping rides, and advanced simulators. After breakfast at the hotel, the day is free at leisure to explore the beautiful city of Barcelona at your own pace. You may choose to stroll through the lively streets, discover the city’s unique architecture, or indulge in some shopping. A highly recommended spot is La Rambla, the city’s most famous boulevard, lined with shops, cafés, street performers, and local markets, offering the perfect blend of culture and entertainment. Day 5
Barcelona to Lisbon
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, complete the check-out formalities and proceed for your onward journey to Lisbon, the charming capital city of Portugal. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to settle in and relax after the journey. The rest of the day is free at leisure for you to unwind or explore the surroundings at your own pace. In the evening, you may choose to step out for a leisurely walk, sample local cuisine, or simply rest and prepare for the exciting experiences that await you in Lisbon. Lisbon City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards proceed to discover the highlights of this magnificent city. Visit the monuments of the Portuguese Discovers. Visit the Hieronymites Monastery, Tower of Belem, Monument of the Discoveries, Alfama & Rossio and admission to the Ajuda Palace (replaced on Wednesdays by Royal Treasure Museum). You can also opt for Fado Show with wine tasting. Overnight stay at hotel in Lisbon.
Day 7
Free Day
After breakfast at the hotel, the day is free at leisure to explore the vibrant city of Lisbon on your own. You may choose to wander through its historic neighborhoods, admire the city’s stunning architecture, or enjoy a ride on the iconic yellow trams that wind through its charming streets. For shopping enthusiasts, Lisbon offers a variety of options. From fashionable boutiques and international brands along Avenida da Liberdade to traditional shops and local markets where you can pick up unique Portuguese souvenirs. You could also spend time relaxing at a café, sampling authentic pastries like the famous Pastéis de Nata, or simply soaking in the lively atmosphere of the city. Overnight stay at hotel in Lisbon.

Spain runs late. Kitchens that open at 8.30 fill at 10, and a 7pm table marks you as a tourist eating alone. Take the long lunch. The menú del día is the locals' good-value meal. Then a siesta, then dinner when the city does. Fighting the clock just leaves you in empty rooms.
Book the Alhambra weeks out
The Nasrid Palaces inside the Alhambra release a fixed number of timed tickets, and they sell out a month ahead in season. The general grounds ticket does not include them. Book the specific Nasrid slot the moment your dates are fixed, not the week you arrive, or you will see Granada's great Moorish palace only from the gardens.

Between roughly 2 and 5, smaller shops and many sights close, especially away from the big cities and in the August heat. It is not laziness. It is the hottest stretch of an Andalucian day. Plan the museums and the meal for then and save the walking for the cooler evening.

When to Go
Spain is at its best in the shoulder seasons. April to June and September to October, when the south is warm but not punishing and the cities are uncrowded. July and August bring real heat to the interior, Madrid and Seville climbing past 38 degrees, though the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts stay swimmable and lively. Winter, November to March, is mild and quiet on the coast, cool and clear inland; the Tomatina itself falls on the last Wednesday of August, in the thick of the heat.
