Day 1
Arrival – Siem Reap
Welcome to Siem Reap, a resort town in northwestern Cambodia, is the gateway to the ruins of Angkor, the seat of the Khmer kingdom from the 9th–15th centuries. Angkor’s vast complex of intricate stone buildings includes preserved Angkor Wat, the main temple, which is pictured on Cambodia’s flag. Upon arrival, welcomed by the local tour guide and transferred to the hotel. The day is at leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap. Please note: the standard check-in time is 14:00 – 15:00 pm. Early check-in is not included and is subject to hotel availability. Overnight stay in Siem Reap.
Day 2
Full Day Angkor Tour
After having breakfast, we journeyed out of the hotel at 8.00 am the South Gate of Angkor Thom atop 4 giant faces that religiously represent compassion, sympathy, equanimity, and charity. Stroll around Bayon temple consisting of more than 200 smiling faces in stone, admired by interesting temples including Baphuon, Phimeanakas, and the terrace of leper king and terrace elephant. Resume the journey to Ta Prohm temple, adorned with stunning, amazing tree roots. This is where Lara Croft's Tomb Raider was filmed.
Day 3
Grand Tour & Beautiful Banteay Srei
Breakfast is at the hotel. We set off at 8.30 am within Angkor jungle to Grand Circuit where we’re going to explore some main Angkorian temples starting with Srah Srang (The Royal’s Basin), Banteay Kdei, Ta Keo, Preah Khan (Royal Sword), Neak Pean (Coiled Serpents), Ta Som & East Mebon. Your tour is very flexible and you may want to skip a few of these temples if you think that is too much. Afternoon, continue to reveal the intricately carved, beautiful red-pink sandstone temple of Banteay Srei which means “citadel of the women” – it was built in the 10th century and is considered to be a Jewel of Khmer art which features unique decorations and its finest details. We return for a short visit to the palm sugar village, and other palm handicrafts and discover the serenity of the Banteay Samre temple. Overnight stay in Siem Reap.
Day 4
Siem Reap to Phnom Penh
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and drive for 5 ½ hours to Phnom Penh City and then we will have a chance to taste the deep-fried insects (tarantulas, crickets, etc.) at Skun village before we reach a booked hotel in Phnom Penh City in the evening. Overnight stay in Phom Penh.
Day 5
Full Day Phnom Penh
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for full day Phnom Penh tour. to start the tour is at 8.00 am from the hotel. Guide and driver will pick you up, and drive along to the tragic site of Choeung Ek - the killing field that proceeded more than 20 thousand civilians and the site is connected with Tuol Sleng Museum - was the former school that was transformed into Tortured Prison S21. Stroll around the Russian Market.
Day 6
Silk Farm & Central Market
After breakfast, we leave the hotel at a convenient time by bus to join a ferry to Koh Dach (The Silk Island). Once we disembark the ferry, we will cycle around the Silk Island admired by its charming villages along with the interesting daily life of local people while we bike through one to other places, see animals and vegetable gardens as well as enjoy the view overlooking the Mekong River from the Silk Island while we continue to the silk weaving village. Koh Dach or Silk Island is famous for its fine silk production, it sits by the River Bank of Upstream Mekong in Kandal Province and the Island houses numerous silk communities where visitors can learn more about the silk process, feeding worms, a reliable place to purchasing silk items, scarves, Sarong, handicrafts as well as a great home for you to reveal silk weaving history in Cambodia. Return by ferry to Phnom Penh and we return to your hotel and explore the pagoda Wat Ounalom, the place originally built for medium-confidence in the 15th century. It is the most important Buddhist Khmer in Phnom Penh. Unfortunately, recently rebuilt as a "copy", the Khmer Rouge had almost destroyed the Wat when they took the city in 1975. Overnight stay in Phnom Penh.
Day 7
Overland to Sihanouk Ville
Breakfast is at the hotel. Enjoy the rest of your free time in Phnom Penh before our team picks you up from the hotel’s lobby and transfers (no guide) to Sihanouk Ville. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our friendly team then he will escort you to the boat pier where you will catch a speed boat (45 minutes) to Koh Rong Sanloem. Once you arrive at the resort, you will be warmly greeted and assisted with your luggage by the resort’s staff and check-in. Overnight stay in Koh Rong Sanloem.
Day 9
Koh Rong Sanloem – Beach Leisure
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy day free for leisure. Overnight stay in Koh Rong Sanloem.
Day 10
Sihanouk Ville – Private Car to Phnom Penh
Breakfast is at the hotel. Enjoy the rest of your free time at Koh Rong Sanloem. Check out and catch a speed boat back to the mainland then our awaiting car driver will transfer (no guide) you within 2 hours and a half via express highway to Phnom Penh International Airport for your flight to the next destination. *** END OF TOUR ***

The crowds gather behind the left-hand reflecting pool before five for the sun coming up over the five towers. It is worth the early alarm once. But the same temple at three in the afternoon, when the tour buses have left for the hotel pool, is nearly empty and the light is gold on the carvings. Do both if you can; skip the sunrise if you can't face the dark.

The Angkor Archaeological Park pass is one, three or seven days, bought at the official ticket office (not from anyone outside it). Two full days is the sweet spot. Angkor Wat and the Bayon faces, then the jungle-strangled Ta Prohm and far-out Banteay Srei. People who try to do it all in one day come away templed-out and remembering nothing.

Phnom Penh's Tuol Sleng and the Choeung Ek killing fields are not sightseeing. They are the memorial to the Khmer Rouge years, and many travellers find them the most affecting hours of the trip. Go quietly, take the audio guide, and don't photograph for show. Cambodia is open about this history because remembering it matters to them.

Plan Your Timing
When to Go
Cambodia runs on the monsoon. November to March is the dry season and the time to go. Warm days, cool-ish nights, Angkor at its most photogenic. April and May are the hot months, when Siem Reap can push past 38 degrees and the air sits heavy. June to October is the southwest monsoon: afternoon downpours, lush green countryside, the moats and the Tonlé Sap brimming, and far fewer visitors. Not a washout, but plan around the rain.
